Glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness in adults, but there are many people unaware they have the disease. Dr Boets from the Vision Eye Institute Townsville talks about the importance of getting eyes tested for Glaucoma. As part of World Glaucoma Day, the doctors at the Vision Eye Institute are encouraging people to take a simple, pain-free eye test. If caught early it can be managed with eye drops, surgery or laser treatment.
